SCHOTT Gemtron's competencies in  molded product systems include:

• Injection molding
• Insert molding
• Encapsulated injection molding of multiple materials
• Developing compression molding

We use both horizontal and vertical machines to create molded product systems.

Products we supply as molded product systems include:

• Encapsulated refrigerator shelves (glass, metal and plastic molded into one shelf; can include heat stamp decals)
• Slider shelves (same as encapsulated shelves plus a metal frame support system)
• Wine cooler doors (insulated glass molded with a plastic frame)
• Refrigerator water/ice dispenser and climate control system (encapsulated glass and control panel with touch electronic keypads)
