Glass Fabrication

SCHOTT Gemtron utilizes a variety of processes to fabricate curved and flat glass products.

We provide:

• Edgework ~ ground, polished, pencil, and shaped
• Grinding and cutting ~ to any size or shape
• Drilling ~ holes and slots in a variety of sizes
• Screen Printing ~ multiple colors
• Tempering ~ the final glass fabrication process makes glass safer as it becomes three to six time stronger. SCHOTT Gemtron tempers to the ANSI Z97.1 standard for safety glass, and is certified to meet other international standards.
